Neighborhood Watch Program

This e-mail Neighborhood Watch Program, otherwise known as Watch-mail, is designed to notify Empire Ranch residents in Folsom, CA about suspicious or unlawful activity that has taken place in our neighborhood, and has already been reported to the Folsom Police Department.

Should you see any suspicious activity, please first call the Folsom PD. If you are calling from a "land line" and it is an emergency, call 911. If you are calling from a cell phone, the emergency number to call is 916-985-7551. This number should be programmed into your cell phone should you ever need it in a hurry. (NOTE: If you call 911 from your cell phone you will always get the Highway Patrol dispatch office and there could be a substantial delay getting the information to the Folsom PD if the Highway Patrol Dispatch center is busy.) The non-emergency number from either a "land line" or a cell phone is 916-355-7231.
